While self-quarantine has led to some pretty low-budget looking SNL skits, the newest episode embraces the current situation with a “Masterclass: Quarantine Edition,” Masterclass being a subscription service many use to learn skills from home. The skit makes fun of Little Women’s Timothée Chalamet, Jojo Siwa, and, of course, Carole Baskin.

In the skit, Baskin, portrayed by Kate McKinnon, is seen riding her bike around, stating, “Good thing I’m not covered in sardine oil,” a reference to a line from Tiger King, where Baskin states that if someone wants a tiger to eat a person, they should cover them in sardine oil.
Tiger King references have dominated social media for the past few weeks, with Tiger King becoming one of Netflix’s most-watched shows ever. It’s an incredibly intriguing tale, but SNL’s skit does an entertaining job of turning Baskin into a caricature.
Tiger King is now streaming on Netflix.
