- Del Rio’s role in the show
If you aren’t aware, Del Rio has been suspended from this week’s SmackDown episode for allegedly attacking Big Show on separate incidents on RAW and SmackDown. This has irked Booker T to the extent that he has suspended Del Rio for his irresponsible actions.
The suspension, however, is a part of the storyline and hence it will be interesting to see how WWE uses Del Rio this week. Will Big Show end up bullying Ricardo again? Big Show will have no one to stop him this week, especially since Del Rio is suspended, which means he will have the full license to go all out against Ricardo just to teach Del Rio a lesson for what he did this week on RAW.
Watch out for Del Rio’s surprise appearance in costing Big Show a match or expect Del Rio to beat up Big Show by suddenly appearing inside the arena.
- Kane and Daniel Bryan’s relationship
Team Hell No is under a huge threat of break up. Kane and Bryan, though quite unorthodox, seemed to be an excellent team for the past few months. But now things have become a little too sour between these two. They have been at loggerheads for quite a while now. The situation seems to have worsened now since Daniel Bryan cost Kane a match in SmackDown which means that he will now not be a part of Elimination Chamber.
Kane is quite furious and it will be interesting to see how WWE takes the relationship between the Tag Team Champions and how long these two remain the champions. As far as I see, Kane and Bryan are heading for a feud and will most likely lose their titles to Mysterio and Sin Cara in the weeks to come.
- Remaining participants in the Elimination Chamber
Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan and Rey Mysterio have already been announced as a part of the chamber match and Booker T is on the lookout for three other impressive participants. Swagger, Henry and Kane seem the three possible participants and Booker T will surely put these three to test again this week. Swagger defeated Kofi Kingston in an impressive match, Henry looked extremely dominant as he decimated Mysterio and Sin Cara and Kane can’t be left behind simply because Bryan is a part of the chamber match now.
However, one surprise contender for the final spot could be Christian. He could make his shocking return this week and take the final position. Though the odds of Christian returning is quite high, it will be great to see Captain Charisma back in business.
Apart from these, we can also expect good segments and matches from Jericho, Ziggler and Antonio Cesaro. For those of you who haven’t seen the spoilers, this week’s SmackDown will be an interesting one.
